His helpful and understanding mindset work as driving factor behind the project management of Silicon Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd.
He is Marketing Director at Silicon Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. His greatest strengths are creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. He does Co-ordination between Client and technical team during project from start to finish.

With over 16 years of experience in the domain of construction and engineering, Dipak Bhavsar holds the qualification of Masters in Engineering with specialization in Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design that explains his brilliant dexterity and proficiency in structural engineering. His admirable decision-making skills and target driven attitude is the biggest motivation behind the big name of Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited.

Chandni Shah is a highly accomplished Civil and Structural Engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and industrial projects across Australia and international markets. A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ-certified Engineer, APEC Engineer, Chandni has held senior leadership roles with global, multinational organisations and government agencies, contributing to major public infrastructure programs, large‑scale industrial developments, and EPC projects in the oil, gas, and chemicals sector.With deep expertise spanning civil and structural design, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, and end‑to‑end project delivery, Chandni is recognised for her strong technical leadership and practical, solution‑focused approach. She brings extensive experience managing both greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through to construction, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, constructability, and regulatory compliance. Chandni is passionate about delivering efficient, resilient, and sustainable engineering solutions, working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Karthik Ramasamy is a versatile and detail-oriented Architectural Designer and BIM Coordinator with over three years of experience delivering high-quality design and coordination services across Residential, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects. He excels in Resource and Building Consent, and leading BIM coordination to resolve complex clashes. With a strong foundation in Architecture and a hands-on approach to project delivery, Karthik combines creativity with technical precision, always aiming to optimize workflows and contribute to clash-free, buildable designs.
